Highland arranged a $13.1mm, 2-year bridge loan for the REO acquisition of a 205,000 sf production campus in Atlanta, Georgia. The 80% LTC bridge loan was structured as a $12.4mm senior loan and $700k of preferred equity financing. The 23-acre property includes five soundstages totaling 51,000 sf, four office and production buildings totaling 126,000 sf, and 11 back lot houses totaling 18,000 sf. The loan required a quick closing due to the purchase out of foreclosure.
