HRC arranged $3.85M of preferred equity and $10.425M of bridge financing to renovate and reposition an aging industrial property in Oakland’s “Green Zone”. The 3-year, 60% LTC bridge loan was placed with a private lender. The preferred equity was placed with a private real estate investment group who agreed to fund up to 85% LTC.
